The Company has developed following indigenous rubber compounds :

BP-V-50

CEMILAC type approval No. 859

Fluro Carbon rubber compound

1:1 equivalent to IRP-1287, IRP-1305 & IRP-1144.

BP-12

CEMILAC type approval No. 862

Nitrile base rubber compound 1:1 equivalent to IRP-1078.

BP-I

CEMILAC type approval No. 861

Nitrile base rubber compound 1:1 equivalent to IRP-1054.

BP-FS-25

CEMILAC type approval No. 1704

Fluoro Silicone Rubber Compound 1:1 equivalent to 51-1434

BP-22

CEMILAC type approval No. 1722

Nitrile Rubber Compound 1:1 equivalent to HO-68-1

BP-V-60

RCMA Koraput type approval RCMA/KPT/PC/15007

Fluoro Carbon Rubber Compound 1:1 equivalent to IRP-1316

Sealings Rings

We have so far indigenized more than 1000 type of sealing rings for use on various sub-assemblies of almost all the aircrafts (including Mirage, Jaguar, MIG Series A/C, Kiran Viper, AN 32, Dornear, Helicopters & LCA etc.) being used by I.A.F.

We are making seals made from CEMILAC type approved Fluro Carbon rubber compound BP-V-50 & CEMILAC type approved Nitrile base rubber compounds BP-12 & BP-I. The seals are having internal dia from 1.5mm to 350mm and cross section from 0.8mm to 10.0mm.

All the seals are duly type approved by CEMILAC / RCMA All these Seals are being procured by various divisions of HAL & A/F

Gaskets

We have indigenized about 15 type of rubber to metal bonded Gaskets which are duly type approved by CEMILAC / RCMA

These Gaskets are being procured by HAL & A/F on regular basis for use on various aircrafts.

Many other such rubber to metal bonded Gaskets are under development process.

Glands & Collar Seals

Collar Seals / Glands made from CEMILAC type approved rubber compound BP-V-50 & BP-12 moulded with stiffening ring made from AISI-304 & other aviation grade Ferrous & non-ferrous metals, some of the Collar Seals are fitted with spring made from IS 4454 Part IV Wire .

Apart from rubber to metal bonding Glands & Collars, many other similar items made without using stiffening ring have also been indigenized and are duly type approved by CEMILAC / RCMA. These items are being procured by HAL & A/F regularly.

Seal Bonded / Washer Seal Flat

We have indigenized about 40 type of Seal Bonded in which metallic washers are bonded with rubber

All of them are duly type approved by RCMA and are being procured regularly by A/F

Washer Seal Flat / Seal Bonded manufactured from CEMILAC type approved rubber compound BP-V-50 & BP-12 moulded with IS 733 grade 24345 & other aviation grade Ferrous & non-ferrous metals.

Other Rubber Parts

Gaskets made from CEMILAC type approved rubber compound BP-V-50 & BP-12 moulded with Brass IS : 410 CuZn 37 for use on MIG Series aircraft, AN 32 & Kiran Viper

Apart from above mentioned category of components, the company has indigenized many type of Rubber Bush, Rubber Flat Rings, Diaphragm, Boot and other profiled items which are duly type approved and being regularly supplied to HAL & A/F.

Machined Components

We have indigenized more than 1000 type of Washers & Circlips for use on various aircrafts. All of them are duly type approved by CEMILAC / RCMA and are being supplied in large numbers every year.

Circlips and Washers made from AE 435, 12X18H10T, AISI-304 and other aviation grade Ferrous & non-ferrous metals

Various sheet metal items made from 12X18H10T, AISI-304 and other aviation grade Ferrous & non-ferrous metals

Press shop Components

We have also indigenized many type of other press shop components like Stator Plates, Brake Disc, Turminals, Covers etc. for use on various aircrafts

Metal Plate for Ceramic Disc Manufactured from Aviation grade material for use on MIG Series aircrafts

Various sheet metal components manufactured by deep-drawing process, punching, bending etc. Manufactured from Aviation grade Ferrous & non-ferrous metals

Stator Plate for Jaguar and casing for altitude meter of helicopter
